Industrial Grade Spherical Honning Machine has work head spindle supported on precision bearings and work peace clamping on shoe magnetic chuck. The Machine has back plate grinding system, stick clamping on spring loaded/ auto presser stick holder and stick holder travel on precision roller slide. The Machine is designed with stick vibrates on out centre drive with ac motor, ac drive for stick vibrating control and slide travel on hydraulic cylinder with dc valve. The Industrial Grade Spherical Honning Machine has one push start cycle with electrical panel board and has job diameter maximum from 150 to 250 mm, job diameter minimum of 30 mm, requires power from 3.5 to 4 hp and has weight ranging from 1100 to 1200 kg.
